Nice, tasty and not too expensive restaurant

Waterpool was not working, no air conditioning, rooms seriously need refreshment, carpets are stained with some paint.

Hotel was clean and comfotrtable and staff were very friendly

Fairly clean hotel, the staff was lovely and wonderful.

This was a fab stay for two nights. The highlight was the brilliant food. We had fantastic, bright room, greatly enjoyed the location, it was unbeatable in a good location easily reached from nearby motorway links.

Next to golf course, close to highway 'Route Soleil'. Easy and free parking. Nice swimming pool. Friendly staff. Good WiFi internet.

They advertised with a mini bar on the website Booked.net, but all minibars are removed from rooms. The airco in the room is old, it makes a lot of noise and has no capacity to cool the room comfortably. In the hotel restaurant they kept us and our 2 yr old kid waiting for 1,5 hours between first and main dish.

The beds were soft. The only thing that appealed!

The Restaurant was closed - having just travelled from 2am from Norfolk directly to the Hotel and not having stopped for breakfast or lunch, we ordered room service and were given two choice - we took both and they were microwave meals served in their microwave plastic/cardboard cases! We will not return! We left before breakfast at 5am and asked for some water and a coke as we did not have change for their machines (they do not supply mini bars any further) and the Hotel reception staff were objectionable and charged us 10euros for this. We had to ask him to take off the top of the Coke! Thoroughly awful - cold comfort farm springs to mind!

The staff warmly accommodated my ferret, even after a surprised housekeeper encounter. The spacious room allowed my husband to store his mobility scooter comfortably .

Large room. Pleasant location.

The hotel was expensive and suggested luxury wheas the decor was tired and badly worn. Food was ok but the breakfast was poor value and the worst we experienced in two weeks in Europe.

Wonderful cooking, great and reasonably cheap internet, good location just off motorway, good price compared with shabby Holiday Inn in Lugano.

Poor, over soft and uncomfortable beds.

A Bag of Mixed Experiences!

I enjoyed my stay despite some quirks. The room was spacious and pet-friendly, allowing my ferret to surprise the staff, which they took in stride. Just a short drive to the city center, but the restaurant's limited menu and high prices weren't ideal. The friendly staff and comfy room made it nice.

Rather down at heel and a little grubby. Bathroom was very poor.

The rooms were a fair size and had 1 to 3 beds as requested. .

The breakfast buffet was poor.

We enjoyed the spacious executive room, great for the kids. The parking was handy, and the location was peaceful. Loved the fast food options nearby and the easy access to public transport!

fast check-in, parking onsite. clean pool, a nice size rooms with a cheffy menu. outstanding food for all meals.

Spacious rooms, restaurant good but only opens at 7.00 in evening.

Difficult to find location especially with road works and closures.
